To ensure that our schedule runs smoothly and we provide the best service to all our clients, we have a policy in place for missed appointments. If you need to cancel and fail to give us a 24-hour notice, we will charge a fee to the card you provided. The fee will be 50% of the value of the service you were scheduled for.
